Michael Chandler signs new deal with Bellator MMA

It looks like Bellator will not have to worry about one of their champions leaving the promotion.

Lightweight title holder Michael Chandler (11-0) recently agreed to a new multi-fight deal with Bellator. According to CEO Bjorn Rebney, this new contract makes Chandler one of the highest-paid lightweights competing in mixed martial arts. He even made a comment about how Chandler will pick up the checks every time he and the CEO go out to dinner.
