Pokken comes to Wii U

Nintendo announced that “Pokken Tournament,” is hitting the Wii U in Spring 2016. The game is a combination of Tekken and the Pokemon franchise.

There are currently playable characters: Lucario, Machamp, Suicune, Gardevoir, Pikachu, Gengar, Weavile, Charizard, and Blaziken. There are also some support characters: Emolga, Fennekin, Snivy, Frogadier, Eevee, Lapras, Whimsicott and Jirachi.

This game itself looks exciting. My only complaint is the lack of playable characters though Nintendo will more and likely come out with DLC. I’d like to see Heihachi-Pikachu.

For those wondering “what does this have to do with wrestling?” There’s a special character who is set to appear. I’ll let you all watch the trailer to see who it is.
